University & Industry Partnerships
Two ways in
Choose your internship pathway
Join through a university partnership or apply independently as a student or graduate.
Individual Application
Students and graduates apply independently. We match you to a track, a mentor, and a real industry project.
How internships are delivered
Practice first. Theory second.
A hybrid model built for industry outcomes — with direct mentoring and a closing week in Germany for selected participants.
Hybrid internship
Remote project work with structured live supervision across 3–4 months.
International industry exposure
Work with German industry experts and an international cohort.
Real-world project-based learning
Ship against real briefs, constraints, and stakeholder reviews.
Direct supervision and mentoring
Weekly feedback from practitioners — not recorded lectures.
Final week in Germany
Selected participants finish on site: visits, workshops, presentations and networking, according to program conditions.
Practical experience
Portfolio-ready execution rather than theoretical training.
